Our Story
It all started back in 2015 with just a few walking sticks and a humble garage.
Fast forward to today, and Mobiquip has grown into spacious stores across
Northern Sydney and 1,200-square-metres of warehousing and an international
presence in Sheffield, England. Despite our growth, one thing hasn’t changed—our mission is help you maintain your independence with products that make life easier and more enjoyable.
We understand that everyone’s needs and lifestyle are different. That’s why we’re committed to helping you find the mobility aids that truly suit you, your life, and your home. Whether it’s a walker, a recliner, or a small gadget to make daily tasks easier, we’re here to make sure you leave with the right solution at the right price—always backed by friendly, helpful service.
Where It All Began
Believe it or not, we started out in a garage selling just walking sticks. But as demand grew, so did our space—and our range of products. By 2018, we found a new home in Frenchs Forest, near the Northern Beaches Hospital, where we started offering products to help with everyday tasks like medication management, dressing, and bathroom safety.
Next came riser recliners and homecare beds, which quickly became some of our most-loved products. To date, we’ve helped more than 2,500 people find their perfect chair and over 1,500 get the restful sleep they deserve with a new homecare bed.
